Last summer I attended Betty’s pilot session retreat. We had a wonderful summer day that enabled us to do mindfulness, yoga, deep breathing and a sound bath outdoors. Nothing was too much for Betty. Drinks and food on offer was healthy and yummy. The organisation was smooth and Betty had thought of everything. I later on organised one of my wellbeing retreat with her help and there again Betty was wonderful. She allowed me to create a wonderful day that puts self-care a priority in a world that moves too fast so having a time to slow down is something to treasure. I look forward to run sessions and take part in others in the near future. I love these retreats and the idea they stay affordable is priceless.
