Indulge in a day of self-care and disconnect from the chaos of daily life. Immerse yourself in a peaceful setting to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. This full-day experience is ideal for those desiring profound relaxation and renewal. During most of the retreat, you will unwind on your mat and participate in mindfulness exercises, breathwork methods, a guided relaxation session, and a short facial massage. You will also get the chance to participate in a group session led by Izzey from Golowhe Therapy, a person-centred counsellor. This session will concentrate on coping mechanisms and strategies to manage issues like low self-esteem, high stress levels, and anxiety.
